The HEPA Filter Box is a terminal air supply unit designed for cleanroom environments requiring high-efficiency filtration, stable airflow, and compact installation. With a side air supply structure and integrated static pressure box, it ensures uniform air distribution and reliable cleanliness control.

Manufactured from 1.0 mm high-quality cold-rolled steel, the housing features multi-layer acid pickling and anti-static powder coating, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The unit is equipped with an H13 non-partition HEPA filter, achieving 99.99% filtration efficiency at 0.3 μm, effectively removing fine airborne particles.

With a rated airflow of 500 m³/h, the HEPA Filter Box supports stable clean air delivery for ISO Class 5–8 cleanrooms. A 1.2 mm galvanized manual air volume control damper (200 * 200 mm) is integrated to allow precise airflow adjustment during commissioning and operation. The built-in static pressure chamber and diffuser plate further improve airflow uniformity and reduce turbulence.
